distill your own essential oils with a local professional botanical perfumer, overlooking the mendocino coastline

we begin outside, wandering the estate and spending time with the plants before we ever touch the still. there's something that shifts when you know a botanical this way, its smell on your hands, the texture of the leaf, where it likes to grow.
then we come back and distill together, quietly and without rushing. botanical snacks and drinks from local vendors are woven throughout the afternoon, and at the end, small bottles of every oil we made are yours to take home.
no experience needed, and nothing to prepare. just come as you are.
two hours, just the two of us. a gentler pace, space to ask anything, and the afternoon shaped around whatever feels interesting to you.
the full experience, opened up to a small group. a plant walk, the still, bottling, and time to simply be here together. lovely for a birthday, a girls' weekend, a family visit to the coast.
monterey cypress and eucalyptus grow right here on the property and are always with us. everything else is gathered or sourced fresh for your visit, just let us know what you're drawn to when you book.
always here

i've spent years working with plants as a botanical perfumer, and built a small business around these same techniques. tide table felt like a natural way to share what i've learned, not as a formal class, but as a real afternoon on the land with people who are curious about the same things.
